L’Associazione Volontaria OMNES SIMUL è stata costituita il 16 febbraio 2017 da un gruppo di persone volontarie che già precedentemente a vario titolo e in realtà diverse hanno prestato la loro opera nel sociale, nel volontariato e nella solidarietà. L’Associazione si occupa di soggetti con problemi di Tossicodipendenza, Emarginazione, Disagio giovanile, Ludopatia. I SERVIZI PRESTATI SONO DEL TUTTO GRATUITI.

Il centro di accoglienza diurno vuole dare una risposta concreta ed istantanea a persone che vivono una dipendenza, qualunque essa sia.
OBIETTIVI
Gli obiettivi del trattamento sono:
- Lo scalaggio totale o parziale dei farmaci sostitutivi.
- Il graduale recupero psicofisico
- La capacità di scegliere un percorso di recupero in funzione della propria storia personale (comunità o percorsi alternativi)
STRUMENTI
Gli strumenti sono molteplici:
- L’osservazione per la valutazione di compatibilità tra diagnosi e competenza della struttura ospitante, in modo che venga assicurata una corretta e pertinente gestione del caso. L’attuazione di un programma terapeutico personalizzato, con relativo monitoraggio ed eventuali modifiche.
- La consulenza e il supporto psicologico individuale e/o di gruppo, e familiare, effettuati in maniera continuativa.
- La suddivisione in fasi del percorso terapeutico con valutazione per il passaggio agli step successivi.
- La consulenza psichiatrica per lo scalaggio e il monitoraggio delle terapie farmacologiche.
- Il tutoraggio alla gestione delle problematiche mediche generali e specialistiche, legali e di inserimento sociale adeguata alla situazione particolare dei singoli utenti.
- Le attività psico-educative di supporto che spesso si strutturano in “gruppi” specialistici (Orientamento, “Groppo Donne”, “Gruppo Uomini”, Psico-socio-educativo, Risoluzione del conflitto, Prevenzione alla ricaduta, Gruppo quotidiano).
- Le attività ergo-terapiche di supporto: Tiffany, Giardinaggio, Cartotecnica, Orticoltura, Pollicoltura e tanto altro.
EQUIPE TERAPEUTICA
L’equipe terapeutica multidisciplinare è formata da: Psicologo, Psicoterapeuta, Neurologa, Sociologo, Psichiatra, Oss, animatori, maestri d’opera ed altre figure professionali che a vario titolo collaborano già con l’Associazione Omes Simul e si sono formati nel volontariato, nel sociale, nella solidarietà.
TEMPI
La durata del trattamento è variabile. Al momento dell’accoglienza della richiesta di trattamento, vengono individuati gli obiettivi terapeutici personalizzati e vengono ipotizzati i tempi previsti per il loro raggiungimento, concordati col soggetto richiedente e col Servizio inviante.
