Bernardo Mottola è il nuovo sindaco di Monteforte Cilento. La sua lista “Per Monteforte” conquista 248 voti pari al 63% delle preferenze. Si ferma al 36%, invece, quella guidata da Clementina Giordano che ha ottenuto 143 preferenze con “Insieme per Monteforte”. Per Monteforte questa sarà un’Amministrazione sull’impronta della continuità e focalizzerà quanto annunciato con il programma elettorale presentato durante la campagna. A sostegno del primo cittadino eletto erano candidati Gallo Chiara, Giordano Giuseppina, Manzi Antonio, Giordano Mario, Sangiovanni Rosario, Ciardella Carlo, D’Orsi Giovanni, Miglino Sandro, Gallo Luigi e Perna Alessandro. Nel piccolo comune inizia una nuova fase amministrativa che guarda al futuro ma con radici solide da cui partire per valorizzare ulteriormente il lavoro già svolto. “Vogliamo dare un futuro ai nostri giovani e ai nostri comuni, abbiamo una bella responsabilità – ribadisce il neo Sindaco Mottola – ma c’è tutto l’impegno e l’esperienza per amministrare in tal senso”. Al nuovo Sindaco e a tutta la sua Giunta, gli auguri e le congratulazioni da parte della famiglia di Dino Mottola e Arianna Pisano.
