CAPACCIO PAESTUM, DEMOCRAZIA A LIVELLO ZERO

Il Sindaco e i consiglieri di maggioranza si sono rifiutati di illustrare e discutere in Consiglio Comunale, assise deputata al dibattito sui problemi del paese, la proposta di tracciato n.5, fatta dal Sindaco nei giorni scorsi in un’apposita riunione con i vertici Anas per il progetto Bretella Eboli -Agropoli. È stata, quindi, scritta una delle pagine più brutte e insolite della storia del Consiglio Comunale di Capaccio Paestum. Un punto all’Ordine del Giorno prima inserito ed accettato e poi censurato dalla stessa maggioranza attraverso un cavillo regolamentare. Perché? Quali sono stati i motivi?

1) Forse il Sindaco era impreparato ad illustrare la proposta o non aveva sul campo degni suggeritori?

2) La proposta è stata derisa dall’Anas e pertanto Alfieri ha avuto il pudore di non esternarla?

3) È meglio in questa fase tenere i cittadini nel dubbio in modo da non suscitare altre lamentele?

Indubbiamente, si tratta di un brutto precedente. Da questo momento in avanti, allorquando un argomento consiliare non piacerà al Sindaco o presenterà difficoltà, a colpi di maggioranza, ne sarà censurata la discussione? Dove siamo, in Bulgaria o nella Germania Est degli anni ‘70? Nulla ha potuto il pur strenuo tentativo del Presidente del Consiglio Comunale Emanuele Sica di difendere il punto all’Odg e la sua discussione. Durissimo il consigliere di opposizione Franco Longo: “La gravità di quanto accaduto è inaudita, si è voluto mettere il bavaglio ad una democratica discussione. Ormai, siamo in autocrazia. Il pensiero unico è quello del Sindaco”. Sulla stessa linea il consigliere di opposizione Enzo Sica: “La democrazia fa rima con idiozia, il Sindaco lo ha detto e abbiamo davvero capito che il suo non era un lapsus momentaneo ma uno stile di gestione della cosa pubblica. Ormai è chiaro a tutti il sistema di governo. Democrazia a livello zero”.

DIMETTETEVI, CHE FATE UNA FIGURA MIGLIORE

Il Sindaco Franco Alfieri ha paura di esporsi. Ha capito che il progetto “Bretella Eboli-Agropoli”, che avrebbe dovuto essere il suo fiore all’occhiello, sta diventando un boomerang. Tutto il suo imbarazzo è stato palese quando si è trincerato in un insolito silenzio avvalendosi della censura in Consiglio Comunale. I capigruppo della maggioranza, che in conferenza avevano ammesso all’ordine del giorno il punto n. 6 (discussione riguardante la Bretella) sono stati redarguiti e pure in malo modo. Ancora una volta, Alfieri ha messo tutto e tutti a tacere. È giusto che il popolo sappia che a mezzo PEC i cittadini, i comitati e le associazioni hanno fatto istanza a tutti i consiglieri affinché venisse illustrata in Consiglio Comunale la proposta di Franco Alfieri sul collegamento A2 -Agropoli. I consiglieri della maggioranza, su diktat del Sindaco, hanno votato una mozione affinché non ci fosse discussione sul punto. Di cosa avete avuto paura? Di lasciare agli atti del Consiglio una proposta fatta dal vostro Sindaco? Avete ritenuto che dovesse rimanere nell’oblio? Preferite raccontare le favole in privato in modo da modularle a seconda degli uditori? Ma, soprattutto, Franco Alfieri per non esporre la sua proposta progettuale ed apparire, come ama fare, quale risolutore dei problemi degli ultimi 30 anni, di cosa ha avuto paura? La mancanza di trasparenza e l’ostruzionismo ci autorizzano a pensare che a Capaccio Paestum servirebbe un tutore giudiziario perché questo Sindaco è in totale conflitto di interessi e naviga a vista a seconda dei propri interessi elettorali. E il Consiglio Comunale nella sua maggioranza ne è lo specchio. In un paese serio, visto che anche in maggioranza vi scavalcate a vicenda e la mano destra viene sconfessata dalla mano sinistra, ci sarebbe un’unica strada: quella che porta a casa. Dimettetevi, che fate una figura migliore.
