ELEZIONI COMUNALI DI AGROPOLI – IL TAR DISPONE LA VERIFICA DI SCHEDE E VERBALI.
Il TAR di Salerno, con ordinanza n. 2860, ha disposto “la verificazione sulle operazioni elettorali del Comune di Agropoli”, ovvero il riscontro di schede e verbali, in tutte le sezioni contestate nel ricorso presentato dall’attuale consigliere comunale di opposizione Raffaele Pesce. L’istruttoria per la verifica delle schede avverrà da parte della Prefettura. L’udienza è stata fissata per il giorno 8 febbraio 2023. “È un primo passo verso la verità, a conferma della fondatezza del ricorso” commenta il consigliere Pesce.

“La decisione del TAR Campania di avviare una attività istruttoria per giungere ad una univoca definizione dei risultati delle ultime elezioni Comune di Agropoli, pone immediatamente un serio interrogativo sulla regolarità delle prossime elezioni provinciali del 20 novembre 2022. Il TAR ha fissato per il giorno 8 febbraio 2023 l’udienza in cui valuterà il riconteggio affidato alla Prefettura di Salerno e deciderà sull’esito elettorale. Nel frattempo, fra venti giorni, il Sindaco e consiglieri comunali, finora formalmente eletti, andranno a votare per eleggere il Presidente della Provincia. È certo che il giorno 8 febbraio 2022 la magistratura ammnistrativa potrebbe sovvertire il risultato delle ultime elezioni di Agropoli. Sarebbe, dunque, davvero una beffa e una umiliazione per le istituzioni pubbliche assistere alla circostanza che, nelle more degli accertamenti della Prefettura di Salerno, i temporaneamente eletti, forse illegittimamente, concorressero alle elezioni del Presidente della Provincia. Penso che il Ministro dell’Interno dovrebbe valutare con attenzione l’opportunità di sospendere le prossime elezioni provinciali in attesa della definizione di questa incresciosa vicenda”.
