UN FALLIMENTO IL LUNGOLIDI DI PAESTUM. LA SOLUZIONE ERA ED È QUELLA DI ARRETRARE GLI STABILIMENTI BALNEARI.
Rosario Francia, commissario UDC Capaccio Paestum, Cilento e Vallo di Diano, ritorna sulla questione litorale di Capaccio Paestum, alla luce delle problematiche che in questi mesi si sono evidenziate, del mega progetto di ripascimento che interessa tutto il litorale da Salerno ad Agropoli e della recente presentazione del Preliminare di Masterplan della costa.
IL FALLIMENTO DEL LUNGOLIDI DI CAPACCIO PAESTUM
“Il litorale di Capaccio Paestum e il suo “Lungolidi” è finora un fallimento totale. La striscia mattonellata che ci si ostina a definire “lungomare” è “costretta” tra i lidi e la pineta e da ciò ne scaturisce l’assenza della vista del mare, un particolare non da poco. Di fatto, tranne che nei pochi punti aperti, il panorama per chi passeggia è costituito da recinzioni dei lidi, cabine, muri, muretti, aree per il deposito dei rifiuti, serbatoi e ripostigli. Tolti i 2 mesi estivi (a servizio dei lidi) per gli altri 10 mesi l’anno il lungomare di Laura è deserto. È buio e solitudine e, soprattutto, insicurezza visti i continui furti di automobili ed episodi di scippi ai danni di cittadini. L’Amministrazione Comunale deve urgentemente investire nella sicurezza h24 per 12 mesi l’anno e obbligare, con un serio contratto di concessione, tutti gli stabilimenti balneari a mantenere aperte le strutture anche nei mesi non estivi. È davvero desolante passeggiare e non trovare un bar aperto neppure per prendere un caffè o un gelato“.
LA SOLUZIONE DI ARRETRARE LA LINEA DEGLI STABILIMENTI
“La soluzione più seria e logica che l’Amministrazione Alfieri doveva perseguire fin dal primo momento e dalla prima ipotesi progettuale era quella dell’arretramento delle attuali strutture balneari. Questo avrebbe consentito di avere un vero Lungomare, con la vista sgombra da ostacoli e avrebbe anche favorito il recupero di molti metri di spiaggia risolvendo anche i problemi (se esistono) di erosione costiera ed evitando di ricorrere alle barriere artificiali, ai massi che distruggeranno le nostre spiagge e il nostro turismo“.
